🚚 Royal Digital Computer Centre – Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
- We provide delivery across Kuwait, including all major areas and governorates.
- Delivery availability may vary based on product size, weight, and location.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 1–2 working days within Kuwait City.
- Other areas: 2–4 working days, depending on distance and courier availability.
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM are processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees vary based on location and product type.
- Charges will be clearly communicated before confirming the order.
- Free delivery may apply during promotions or for selected products.
4. Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after:
- Product availability is verified
- Customer shares full delivery details
- Payment method is confirmed (Cash/Card/Online)
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most products.
- The customer must be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a re‑delivery fee may apply.
6. Packaging & Handling
- All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Customers must check the package upon delivery.
- Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery agent.
7. Delivery for Laptops & Electronics
- High‑value items (laptops, printers, monitors) may require:
- ID verification
- Signature upon delivery
- The customer is responsible for verifying the product before accepting.
8. Delayed Deliveries
- Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Stock issues
- Customers will be notified in case of any delay.
